Ground rules for building on Framevis.

These Terms govern how you access, share, and collaborate across the Framevis platform. We wrote them in plain language so you know exactly what to expect when showcasing portfolios, managing clients, or experimenting with new collections.

Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 16, provide accurate information, and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for any activity carried out under your login and for promptly notifying us of unauthorized use.

Do not share passwords or access tokens outside your team.
Keep your profile details and contact email up to date.
We may suspend accounts that remain inactive or unverified for extended periods.

Your Content & License

You own every photo, caption, and project you upload to Framevis. Granting us a limited, revocable license lets us render, optimize, and display your work within the product experience.

You confirm you own (or have rights to use) everything you post.
We will never sell your images or sublicense them without explicit permission.
Removing content or closing your account ends our license after reasonable caching times.

Acceptable Use & Safety

Respect the community. We moderate hate speech, harassment, explicit content without consent, and coordinated abuse. Protect other users’ privacy when sharing screenshots or exports.

Do not attempt to probe, scan, or overload our infrastructure.
No scraping, automated uploads, or AI training on Framevis content without written approval.
Report violations via the in-app tools so trust & safety can respond quickly.

Payments & Subscriptions

When purchasing add-ons or storage, you authorize us to charge your payment method until you cancel. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated.

Billing periods renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours beforehand.
Downgrading may remove access to premium templates or analytics after the current term.
Taxes are calculated based on your billing address and added when applicable.

Disclaimers & Liability

Framevis is provided “as is.” We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, data, or indirect damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; your rights there remain unaffected.
Our aggregate liability will never exceed the fees you paid in the previous 12 months.
You agree to indemnify Framevis against claims arising from your use or content.

Termination & Changes

You may close your account any time inside Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or pose a risk to the platform. Material updates are announced at least 14 days in advance.

Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
We store backups for up to 30 days to support account restores when possible.
